Do you test on a real iPhone or a simulator?
I test on a real iPhone ([YOUR MODEL] running iOS [YOUR VERSION]). Real devices catch touch, notification and network issues that simulators miss. Tell me your target iOS version before ordering.
How do I give you access to my app?
Send a TestFlight invite or public link (testers just install the free TestFlight app), or your App Store link. Add a test login if your app needs one. Please use a test account, not a personal password.
What does the bug report include?
Each issue has a clear title, steps to reproduce, expected vs actual result, device and iOS version, app build, severity (Critical, Major, Minor) and a screenshot or screen recording.
What is the difference between QA testing and usability testing?
QA testing finds things that are broken: bugs, crashes, wrong behaviour. Usability testing finds things that are confusing or hard to use. I cover both and label each issue clearly.
Can you test my app on several iOS versions or devices?
I test on the device and iOS version listed above. If you need other versions, message me before ordering so we can agree a custom offer.
Do you fix the bugs too?
No. I find and document the issues so your developers can fix them quickly. After the fixes, you can order again and I will re-test them.
