Mautrix bridges are notoriously fiddly to set up and keep stable (session handling, re-auth flows, database quirks) most sysadmins won't touch this. I know where installs typically break, so you get a setup that stays working.

FAQ
Do I need to provide my own domain and server?
Yes. You'll need a VPS/server (DigitalOcean, AWS, etc.) and a registered domain. I handle all setup and configuration on infrastructure you provide. If you don't have these yet, message me first and I'll recommend a provider and specs that fit your needs.
Does the price include domain or hosting costs?
No. Domain registration/renewal (typically $10-20/year) and VPS hosting are billed to you directly by your registrar and host — these are ongoing costs separate from my one-time setup fee.
Is bridging WhatsApp/Instagram/Messenger guaranteed to work?
I set up the bridge correctly and get it connected during delivery, but WhatsApp and Meta bridges depend on QR-code login and Meta's own systems, which are outside my control. Occasionally a login needs to be redone — if that happens, I'll help you re-authenticate at no extra charge within your deli
Will my contacts know I'm using Matrix?
No. Bridged messages appear on their end exactly as normal WhatsApp/Slack/Messenger/Instagram messages — they don't need to install anything or know Matrix is involved. Only you see everything unified inside Element.
Can I self-host this fully privately, or does it need to be public/federated?
Both are supported. I can configure your homeserver as fully closed/private (no federation with the wider Matrix network) or open, depending on your preference — just let me know before I start.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Standard and Premium packages include 14 days of post-delivery support for setup-related issues. Basic doesn't include ongoing support, but I'm happy to answer quick questions after delivery.
Can you migrate an existing team from Slack/Discord to Matrix?
I can help set up bridges so your team can transition gradually rather than all at once, but full chat history migration isn't included by default — message me if you need that and I can scope it separately.

Server access (SSH credentials or a fresh VPS), your domain name, and which platforms you want bridged (WhatsApp, Slack, Messenger, Instagram). I'll send you a short checklist after you order.
