FAQ
Do I need to own a 3D printer to order?
You don't need a printer at all. You'll receive a print-ready STL file that you can use three ways: print it at home on any FDM or resin printer, send it to a local print shop, or upload it to an on-demand printing service who will print and ship a physical copy directly to you.
What information or reference do I need to provide?
A written description is enough to start — but the more you share, the better to match your vision. Useful references include: character art or concept sketches, your D&D/Pathfinder character sheet, AI art, screenshots from video games, for homebrew boss monsters, describe the body type, etc.
Can you sculpt a completely made-up homebrew creature that doesn't exist anywhere?
Yes I can. Just describe the creature in detail: its body plan (bi-/quadruped, serpentine, insectoid, eldritch), features such as extra limbs, natural armour, wings or elemental effects, and the general pose or mood you want it to project at the table. Rough sketches/concept art are always welcome.
What is the difference between resin and FDM printing, and which should I use?
For character-scale miniatures (28–50mm), resin printing is strongly recommended. Resin printers use UV-cured liquid resin to produce extremely fine surface detail — facial features, weapon engravings — that FDM printers cannot replicate at small scale. Boss monsters over 75mm can print well on FDM.
What scale will my miniature be, and can I request a custom size?
Standard characters are sculpted in 28–32mm heroic scale. Standard package boss monsters range from 32–50mm, and Premium centerpiece creatures go to 75mm or larger. You can request any custom scale at no extra charge — just mention it when ordering. You can also rescale the STL yourself b4 printing.
Do your miniatures work for games other than D&D?
Yes — every sculpt is designed to work across any tabletop RPG or wargame. This includes D&D 5e, Pathfinder 1e and 2e, Warhammer Fantasy, Age of Sigmar, Call of Cthulhu, OSR games, Shadowrun, and any homebrew TTRPG system.
