What is included in the first session?
I can create a free 30-minute class in the style of your choice. and you can practice with me or watch it.
Who can attend these classes?
Anyone can participate. Online classes include chair modifications for people who cant do exercise on the floor and I show variations for exercises which affect knee.
How long are the packages valid?
Duration of validity is one month. Cancellation is only permitted in the case of a health problem. If you need to cancel, please let me know and we can discuss further.
