About this gig

I prepare re-roof permit packages: a structural plan with wind load zone plans and base sheet attachment calculations for flat roofs, per the Florida Building Code. Commercial jobs also include a roof drainage plan. Florida PE stamp included at no extra charge when you need it.


Price: $150 for a residential re-roof, $450 for a commercial re-roof (add the Commercial reroof extra). Delivery in 1-2 days.


Sheets: residential includes 1 wind zone load sheet plus a document with the base sheet calculations for the flat roof. Commercial includes 1 wind zone load sheet plus a roof drainage plan and calculations.


Every revision requested by the building department is included. Changes requested by the owner or others after the initial work has been approved are not included.
