I coordinate with a licensed PE for jurisdictions that require a stamp. Let me know your project location before ordering so I can confirm licensing requirements and connect the right stamp for your state.
What information do you need from me to get started?
Architectural drawings, sketches, or photos of the existing structure, plus your project address and scope (new build, addition, remodel, deck, ADU, etc.). The more detail you provide upfront, the faster and more accurate the plans will be.
My permit got rejected — can you fix it?
Yes. Send me the reviewer's comment letter along with the original drawings, and I'll revise the structural plans to directly address each item until it's ready for resubmittal.
How long does it take?
Turnaround depends on project size and complexity. Simple decks or garage conversions move faster; full ADUs or new construction take longer. I'll give you a firm timeline once I've reviewed your scope — message me first so we can confirm it.
Do you work with DWG files, or only PDFs?
Both. I can start from DWG, PDF, hand sketches, old plans, or even just site photos if no drawings exist yet.
