Do you design the layout or only render it?
This gig renders a plan you already have. If you need a new RV park or parking layout designed, see my RV park site plan and campground layout gig, or message me for a custom offer.
What files can I send?
DWG, PDF, JPG or PNG, or a clear photo of a hand sketch. A CAD file gives the cleanest and most accurate result.
Which package fits my site?
By site area: Basic for 1 to 3 acres, Standard for 3 to 7 acres, Premium for 7 to 20 acres. For larger or very detailed sites, message me for a quote.
What will I receive?
A colored 2D site plan as high-resolution JPG and PDF, sized for print and screen. Layered Photoshop or CAD source files are available on request; mention it when you message me.
Can you add site numbers, a legend or labels?
Yes. Send me the numbering, names and legend items you want, and I will place them on the plan.
Can I use the render on my website or booking page?
Yes. The plan works well as a site map for websites, booking pages, brochures and signage. Tell me where it will be used and I will size it to suit.
What counts as a revision?
One round of changes sent as a single list: colors, trees, labels or small graphic edits. Changes to the layout itself, such as moving roads or adding sites, are quoted separately.
Is 3D included, and is this a permit drawing?
No to both. This gig delivers a 2D presentation render. It is not a stamped engineering or permit drawing. For 3D aerial views, message me for a custom offer.
