FAQ
Do you design the site plan or only render it?
This gig renders a site plan or masterplan you already have. If you need the layout designed, see my site plan and master plan design gigs, or message me for a custom offer.
Is a 3D view included?
No. This gig delivers a colored 2D plan viewed from above. Aerial 3D views are a separate service; message me if you need both.
What files can I send?
DWG, PDF, SketchUp, JPG or PNG, or a clear scan of a hand sketch. CAD files give the cleanest result.
What will I receive?
High-resolution JPG and PDF sized for print up to A3. The layered Photoshop source file is included in Premium and available as an extra on the other packages.
Which package do I need?
By site area: Basic up to 1 acre, Standard up to 2.5 acres, Premium up to 12 acres. For larger or very detailed sites, message me for a quote.
What counts as a revision?
One round of changes to colors, materials, trees or labels, sent as a single list. Changes to the layout itself are new work and are quoted separately.
Can you match a style I like?
Yes. Send reference images and I will match the palette and rendering style as closely as your plan allows.
Can I use the render for marketing or a planning submission?
Yes, for brochures, listings and presentations. It is a presentation drawing, not a stamped permit or construction document.
Do you render landscape or garden plans?
This gig is for architectural site plans and masterplans. Trees, lawns and open spaces on those plans are rendered as part of the job. For a garden or planting plan on its own, please message me before ordering.
