What if I don't like it?
As I said in my description that my work philosophy is "Your rewards in life are in direct proportion to your service." Your satisfaction is my major concern. If you are not happy, I am not happy. Even after revisions, if you are still not happy I will refund you in full.
Are the three video AD's entirely different?
No, most of the video AD's are the same across 3 different versions, I just change the scroll stopper so that you have three video ads to test since the scroll stopper makes the biggest impact on the customer. The scroll stopper could be the difference between your product being a flop or a winner.
Do I need to contact you before ordering?
No! - If you're doing E-Commerce/Dropshipping, there is no need to send me a message asking if I can do a video AD for you because I can, after ordering, I will ask for your AliExpress URL and logo, then I would be able to get started, that's all I need. Easy!
What information do you need from me?
To get your high-converting AD going I just need the Aliexpress link and I'll do the rest. + Feel free to send me your logo so that I can watermark it.
Can you add my logo into the AD's?
Of course, just send me your logo and I'll add it in :).
How much time do you need for a video AD?
Delivery will be within 48 hours. But I have also an express option where I am able to deliver within 24 hours for an extra $20.
Do I need to send you my products?
No, I take videos across the web and edit them together. You do not need to send me the product.
Do you provide the copywriting/caption?
Yes! - Copywriting is one of the biggest factors in making video AD's high-converting. I have experience from editing over 107 videos for my own dropshipping store and split testing what works best and doesn't work. I will provide the copywriting at no extra charge for you.
What if I am not happy?
Customer satisfaction is my #1 goal, and I want this decision to be 100% risk-free so you can focus on growing your business. If you decide the service didn't deliver on its promise for any reason, just let me know and I will refund your full payment, no questions asked.
Do the videos belong to me?
Original creators may claim copyright or request content removal. Ensure clips in your videos are legal. We are simply editing videos for you; it's your decision if they meet your marketing needs. You can supply your own footage to avoid copyright issues.
