Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
For Standard and Premium, yes. I set it up with you on your own number. Meta bills its message fees directly to you.
Can it reply in Arabic?
Yes. The Full sales agent package covers Arabic and English, and it replies in the language the customer writes in.
Will it send messages without my approval?
Only what you approve during setup. Anything sensitive, like refunds or custom quotes, goes to you as a draft or a human handoff.
Are there monthly costs after delivery?
Yes, the WhatsApp platform runs on your own account, from about $159 a month, paid directly to the provider. You keep your number and app, and you own everything.
