Is this a one-time purchase or a monthly service?
This is a managed service with a setup fee and an ongoing monthly charge. Before you order, we will confirm your monthly price, included usage, support and any separate Meta messaging fees in writing on Fiverr. All payments are handled through Fiverr.
What do I need to get started?
Provide an eligible Meta business account, a business phone number, store details, FAQs and policies. For catalog features, include approved product details and images; for booking, include hours and rules. I will guide setup. Never share passwords or verification codes.
Can the assistant share jewelry photos and recommend products?
Yes. Standard and Premium include product information and photos from the catalog you provide. The assistant can suggest products based on customer preferences and your approved details. Live inventory synchronization and live gold prices are not included.
Can it book appointments?
Premium includes availability checks and appointment booking after customer confirmation, using your configured business hours and booking rules. Appointments are managed in Netyati. Google Calendar or Outlook synchronization is not included.
Can my team take over a conversation?
Yes. Your team can review conversations in the Netyati dashboard and take over when personal assistance is needed. AI replies pause during human handoff.
Will I receive the source code?
You receive access to your configured Netyati dashboard as part of the managed service. Source code, platform ownership and deployment to your own hosting are not included. Database integration refers to Netyati’s built-in database; external CRM connections require a separate scope.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers adjustments to the agreed setup, such as assistant wording, supplied FAQs or configured conversation flows. New features, integrations or substantial additions to the catalog are outside the included revisions.
Can you guarantee sales or completely accurate AI replies?
No sales results or perfect AI accuracy are guaranteed. We configure and test the assistant using your approved information. Your team should review sensitive questions, pricing exceptions and situations requiring human judgment.
Which languages are supported?
English, Hindi and Gujarati, including Hindi and Gujarati typed using English letters. Basic includes 1 language, Standard 2 and Premium 3. Please discuss other languages before ordering so we can assess and test them.
