I read the actual execution plans, not the code comments. Missing and duplicate indexes, non-SARGable predicates, implicit conversions, parameter sniffing, N+1 from the ORM, table scans hiding behind a WHERE clause that looks fine.

Then I fix them and show you the before/after timings.

5+ years on .NET and MSSQL. I have built three multi-tenant B2B SaaS products - a CRM, an HRMS and a task management platform - where cross-tenant query performance is the whole game. I now lead a team of 4+ developers and I review every line before it ships.
