How do revisions work?
A revision is a change to something I've already built, like adjusting a layout, tweaking a flow, or fixing something that doesn't match what we agreed on. Each package includes a set number of revisions. Bug fixes don't count against them, since those are on me. New features or changes to the agree
Do you offer refund?
All work is custom-built, so I don't offer refunds once work has started. The scope is confirmed before the order, so please make sure it matches what you need. Orders are also subject to Fiverr's Terms of Service.
What support is included?
Basic: code and deployment guide delivered as-is, with no post-delivery support. Standard and Premium: 14 days of bug-fix support after delivery. After that, contact closes unless you add On-Call Engineer (Premium only). Contact me for more information.
What is On-Call Engineer?
A monthly add-on for Premium clients who want me available after the 14-day window. I'm your on-call engineer for fixes, questions, and small changes. Message me for monthly rates.
What counts as the hosting surcharge?
Standard and Premium include a monthly hosting credit ($20 and $40). Usage above the credit is billed to you at actual cost, with a breakdown.
What happens when hosting ends?
I'll transfer the project to your own hosting account, or you can renew hosting with me. Either way, you own the code.
Are third-party costs included?
No. Domains, payment processor fees, email services, and external APIs are paid by you directly.
Can I add features later?
Yes, but anything outside the original scope is quoted separately.
