Can any dissolved company be restored?
Administrative restoration (RT01) generally works if the company was dissolved within the last 6 years and was trading or had assets when it was struck off. Older cases usually need a court order. Message me first and I’ll check eligibility.
Who can apply for restoration?
A former director or member of the company. If that isn’t you, message me and we’ll look at the options.
Are government fees included?
No. Companies House fees, and any outstanding penalties, are paid separately. Check gov.uk for the current amounts.
How long does restoration take?
I submit the application within my delivery time. Companies House then processes it, and the timeline is outside my control.
What if the company had assets when it was struck off?
They may have passed to the Crown (Bona Vacantia). I can help request a waiver letter or guide you on recovering them.
Do you guarantee approval?
No one can. Companies House makes the decision. I’ll prepare the application carefully to give it the best chance and tell you upfront if I see a problem.
