I wll create a Project Scheudle from scratch. Ideally, I will be needing from my client the BOQ and IFC Drawings for the project and I will generate the Project Schedule from initiation to the end.
I will define the project activities, define their duration as per inetrnational standards, and sequence the activities to create a uniformly progressing workflow. I will also establish the Critical Path and highlight any other bottlenecks. Optionally, I can also create a Procurement Schedule for the project lifecycle.
