1. What do I need to provide to get started?
I’ll need a link to your software, a brief overview of your target audience, and any specific branding assets (logo, brand colors). For the Basic package, you must also provide the raw screen recordings.
2. Can you write the script for me?
Yes! Scriptwriting is included in the Standard and Premium packages. For the Basic package, you’ll need to provide the script, or you can add it as a Gig Extra.
3. Do you provide the voiceover?
Absolutely. I use high-quality AI voices for all videos.
What if my software UI is still in development or looks "messy"?
No problem! I can "polish" your UI in After Effects or Figma to make it look clean, modern, and bug-free for the video. (Included in Premium).
5. Can you record the screen for me?
Yes, as long as I can access your platform. I use professional tools to ensure 4K, high-frame-rate captures with smooth cursor movements.
6. Do you offer videos in vertical (9:16) format?
The standard delivery is 16:9 (Widescreen). However, I can create a vertical version for TikTok, Reels, or Shorts as a Gig Extra.
7. What language can the video be in?
I primarily work in English, but I can produce videos in other languages if you provide the translated script and/or voiceover.
8. Do you use stock footage?
Yes, I use royalty-free, high-definition stock footage to help tell your brand’s story in the Standard and Premium packages.
