How do you access my Shopify store to fix the issue?
You can either share your Shopify store login credentials or add me as a staff member using my email address. I recommend adding me as staff since it is safer and you can remove access anytime after the work is done.
What if my issue is not fixed after delivery?
I do not close the order until you are fully satisfied. If the issue persists after delivery, let me know and I will fix it within the revision limit of your package. My goal is to solve your problem completely, not just partially.
Can you customize my Shopify theme without touching the original code?
Yes. I always work on a duplicated version of your theme so your live store stays safe during the process. Once everything is tested and approved by you, I push the changes to the live theme.
I have multiple issues in my store. Which package should I choose?
If you have 1 issue or 1 small edit, go with Basic. For 2 to 3 tasks or layout changes, choose Standard. For complex bugs, full customization, or multiple sections, Premium is the right choice. Message me first and I will guide you
Do you work with all Shopify themes including premium and custom ones?
