I've worked with buyers who got burned by generic sourcing agents before the kind who send you the first supplier they find and call it a day. That's not how I work. You tell me exactly what you need, down to the material, size, packaging, whatever matters to you, and I go find suppliers who can actually deliver that, not just something close enough.

Since I'm not physically at the factory, my end of the work is all research and negotiation. I go through supplier records, check that certifications are real, jump on a call if something needs clarifying, and I don't just send you one option you'll get a few to actually compare. Once you've picked who you want to go with, I take over the back and forth. Getting samples sorted, pushing for better pricing, working out minimum order quantities, and keeping an eye on things until your order actually ships.

I'm not tied to one country either. Depending on what you need and your budget, I'll look wherever the best fit actually is.
