Is it safe to give someone remote access to my PC?
Completely safe. You stay in full control throughout the session — you can see everything I do in real time and disconnect anytime you want. I only access what's needed to fix the issue and nothing else.
My PC won't even start. Can you still help remotely?
If the PC doesn't boot at all, remote access isn't possible in that case. However if it starts but crashes, freezes or shows errors — yes, I can fix that remotely. Message me and describe the situation and I'll tell you what's possible.
Which Windows versions do you support?
I support Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows 11. For Mac or Linux systems, message me first and I'll let you know if I can help.
How long does a typical session take?
Simple issues like printer setup or software installation take 20 to 40 minutes. More complex problems like virus removal or Windows repair can take 1 to 2 hours. I'll give you a time estimate once I understand your issue.
My office has 5 PCs with the same problem. Do I order 5 times?
No need. Message me before ordering and I'll create a custom package for multiple machines at a better rate.
What if the problem comes back after we finish?
If the same issue returns within the delivery period, message me and I'll fix it again for free. I'm not here for a quick patch — I want the problem gone for good.

Yes, wireless printer setup is one of the most common things I handle. As long as your printer and PC are on the same WiFi network, I can get it working in one session.
Do you help with data recovery or backup?
Basic file recovery from accessible drives is possible. For severely damaged drives or deep recovery, that requires physical hardware tools which can't be done remotely. I'll let you know honestly what's possible in your case.
