I don't have an HR system — can you still help?
Yes. I can set up ERPNext as the system behind your attendance data. Basic ERPNext HR setup is available as a fixed-price add-on (see above); if you also need payroll, accounting, data migration, or multi-branch setup, message me for a custom quote so I can scope it accurately.
Why isn't full ERPNext setup just included in the package price?
ERPNext installs vary a lot depending on your hosting, employee count, and which modules you need. A custom quote means you get an accurate price instead of a generic one that might not cover your actual setup.
Do I need to buy new hardware?
No — if you already have a working fingerprint scanner, I connect it to the software. New hardware is only needed if your current device has no SDK/API access.
Can this integrate with our existing payroll software?
Yes, for the Premium package. Tell me what you currently use and I'll confirm the integration path.
Is this cloud-based or does it run on our own server?
Either — I can deploy on your local server or set it up on a cloud VPS.
How long does setup take after I provide device access?
Basic: 3 days. Standard: 5 days. Premium: 7 days. Add ERPNext setup: +3 days. Timelines depend on complexity of existing systems.
