I will synthesize your fpga design and fix timing closure issues
About this Gig
Does your FPGA design simulate fine but you're not sure it'll close timing on real hardware? I synthesize RTL designs and do real timing closure analysis not just "it compiled," but actual Fmax, critical path, and concrete fixes.
How I work:
I run your design through Vivado or Quartus with proper clock constraints, then dig into the real timing report not just pass/fail. If there's negative slack, I trace the exact critical path (registers, logic levels, routing vs. logic delay) and give specific fixes, not generic advice.
Recent work:
Closed timing on a multi-clock-domain system (CPU, video, audio) on Cyclone V, with critical-path analysis
Synthesized a crypto accelerator to 257 MHz on UltraScale+, fixing a routing-dominated bottleneck
Closed timing with zero violations across two clock domains on an async FIFO/CDC design
I can share full synthesis reports and methodology before you order.
Good fit for:
- RTL that simulates but hasn't been synthesized/closed yet
- Timing violations you don't know how to fix
- A second opinion on your constraint file (SDC/XDC)
- A CDC safety review before tapeout or deployment
