What do you need from me to start working?
All we need is some product photos, your product link and your logo. It will also be helpful if you are able to provide details, such as a preferred EBC layout, any favorite style you may have, etc. Those allow us to give you the best result that meets your vision.
How many revisions are included?
There are three revisions as a start, however we intend to satisfy all our customers, so encourage that revision to be comprehensive, and if still not satisfied, we offer another round.
What happens if Amazon does not approve the EBC?
This can happen sometimes, but do not worry. I will work with you to make the necessary changes suggested by Amazon to get it approved in the right way!
What if I want the EBC in more than one language or i have other variations?
The given price is for one language, if you have different variations, for language, color, size or whatever, please contact us before placing the order.
What makes you different from other sellers?
The most significant difference is we never use free Google images like others tend to do. Our unique designs only contain purchased images that are specifically for commercial use. Furthermore, we offer support even after the order has been marked complete to ensure customer satisfaction.
All images in your portofolio are your work?
Yes, all images shown in our portfolio is our work. Also your project after is finished may be added in our portfolio and/or our social media. If you for any reason DO NOT WANT your design to be showed there, let us know in advance.
I have not registered my product as a brand. Do I have to do that before ordering your service?
Yes, you will need to register the brand before ordering our service. If this is not completed prior, we can still create the EBC, but you will not be able to submit it to Amazon before registering your brand.
Should I use more images in EBC and less text?
Based on our experience, it is much more effective to have images in EBC than text. Images grab attention and make it much quicker and easier for people to view than reading text.
