FAQ
How does the 12 testers closed testing process work?
You provide the Google Play closed testing access or testing link. The 12 testers join the test, install your Android app and participate in the testing process for 14 days.
Can you provide 20 testers instead of 12 testers?
Yes. Both 12 testers and 20 testers are available depending on the level of app testing you need. Please message me before ordering if you need the larger tester group.
Do you help with the Google Play production questionnaire?
Yes. Questionnaire guidance can be included so you can prepare the production-access answers after the closed testing period.
Will the testers use real Android devices?
Yes. The service is designed around real Android testers and real-device app testing during the closed testing period.
Can you test paid or restricted-access apps?
These apps may require a different onboarding process. Please message me before ordering so the access requirements can be reviewed first.
