About this gig
Self-hosting your own AI stack keeps your data on your server and ends per-seat SaaS fees. The hard part is doing it so it does not break, leak or go down. That is what I do.
WHAT I SET UP
n8n (self-hosted, Docker) on your own domain with free SSL
Hermes Agent (Nous Research) via Docker: dashboard on your domain, login with username/password, Nous OAuth or your own OIDC, persistent data volume, auto-restart
Nginx or Apache reverse proxy, Let's Encrypt SSL, firewall hardening
Hermes connected to Slack, Telegram, Discord or WhatsApp
Hermes and n8n wired together via the OpenAI-compatible gateway API
Backups, monitoring and a written handover doc
ANY SERVER
Hostinger, Contabo, DigitalOcean, AWS, GCP, Azure, InMotion, Vultr or your existing cPanel/WHM box. 2GB RAM minimum, 4GB if you want browser automation.
WHY ME
Freelance developer running these stacks in production every day: Docker, reverse proxies, SSL, CSF firewall, WHM and cPanel administration.
Message me before ordering with your server specs and what you want automated, and I will tell you which package actually fits.

FAQ
What access do you need from me?
Root or sudo SSH access to the server, the domain or subdomain you want to use (or DNS access), and the API key for whichever model provider you use. My access is removed after delivery and you can rotate the credentials.
Do I need my own server, and what specs?
Yes, a VPS or cloud server. 2GB RAM and 2 cores is the minimum for n8n plus Hermes Agent; 4GB is better if you want browser automation. Any provider works. Message me before ordering if you are not sure what to buy and I will recommend a plan.
Is my data private on a self-hosted setup?
Yes. Everything runs on your own server: n8n workflows, credentials and the Hermes data volume never leave it. I keep no copies, and the dashboard is locked behind authentication and SSL before I hand it over.
