What do i need from you:

• A Mapped Trial Balance
• Past performance which can be used to create the forecast (Minimum two years)
• Additional expectations for improvements in specific areas like Sales growing by 2% (Expected by Management)
• Industry information and expected growth rates for that particular industry
• Actual performance if available to help you with comparison
