I am an SAP PM consultant with 3+ years on a greenfield S/4HANA implementation (13 plants, 2 company codes), where I configured SAP PM and led PM master data migration.
What I do:
- Functional Location hierarchy (structure indicator, levels, naming)
- Equipment master and Equipment BOM
- Task Lists and Maintenance Plans templates
- S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, LSMW or Excel upload files
- Validation: missing fields, duplicates, wrong hierarchy, invalid plant/work center
- Error log and fix of failed uploads

- You share your data or a sample (Excel/CSV)

Do you need access to my SAP system?
Not always. Excel/CSV extracts are enough for cleanup and migration prep. If needed, I work in your system via VPN/remote access with a dedicated user, QA first, production only after your approval.
Do you work with SAP ECC or only S/4HANA?
Both. PM master data objects are similar; the upload method (LSMW or Migration Cockpit) depends on your system.
What if my record count is higher than the package?
Send me a sample and the total record count, and I will send you a custom offer.
Will my data stay confidential?
Yes. Your data is used only for your order and is never shared or reused.
