Do you need remote access to my computer?
No. For show file editing, you send me your .show file, I edit it offline and send it back. For software upgrades, I guide you remotely via chat/screenshots.
Which consoles do you support?
Titan (Avolites) all versions, MA2, Pearl (2010/Expert), and software consoles with dongles.
Can you write a fixture library for my light?
Yes. Send me the DMX chart. I can write it for $15 per fixture type (D4/R20 for Titan/Pearl, or MA2 format).
Why are your Standard and Premium packages so expensive?
Those are placeholders. Please do not order them directly. For advanced services like pre-programming or full show creation, message me first and I will send a custom offer with a reasonable price.
How fast can you deliver?
Basic package: 2 days. You can add Fast Delivery (24h) for +$15. For custom projects, delivery time is discussed when I send the custom offer.
