Do I need a ManyChat account or paid plan?
You need your own ManyChat account. Basic flows can work on the free plan but some features (certain integrations and WhatsApp) may need a paid ManyChat plan paid directly to ManyChat. I will tell you before I start which features need it.
Can you set up WhatsApp?
Yes, WhatsApp needs a WhatsApp Business API number connected through ManyChat. I will guide you through the setup then build the chatbot flows.
What do I need for Instagram?
An Instagram business or creator account connected to a Facebook Page.
What kind of API integrations can you do?
I can connect your chatbot to REST APIs such as CRMs, booking tools, online stores, Google sheets and your own database. Please tell me which system you use before ordering and I will confirm it is possible. The system must provide API access and documentation.
Can the chatbot use AI?
Yes, in the Premium package. Your bot sends the customer's question to a small backend I built, which answers it using your FAQs or documents, and ManyChat shows the reply.
Can you guarantee sales?
I cannot promise sales numbers because results depend on your offer and traffic. I guarantee the chatbot will work as agreed and will be tested before delivery.
