About this gig
Game characters have dozens of actions, ads and explainers have acted scenes to voiceover, and cinematics have an entire choreography. I will animate your 2D After Effects characters to fit your needs.
Basic (Game Actions):
- Animate the action, send video preview for review
- 1 revision for the animated action
- AE project and PNG sequence sent
Standard (Scene Acting):
- Provide scene audio if applicable
- I will time out an animatic / blocking of the scene without final animation, send video preview for review
- 1 revision for the first pass
- Animate scene based on feedback, send video preview for review
- 1 revision to the animated scene
- AE project and PNG sequence sent
Premium (Polished 2D Character Animation):
- Discuss specific custom needs for the animation and select add-ons based on those needs
- Provide necessary characters, props, audio, sfx, etc. or pay for the design of them
- I will animate and review with you until you are satisfied
- AE project and video sent
Provide the 2D After Effects character to be animated. Character should be rigged. (if character is not rigged, check gig's rigging option or discuss. If you need the character designed, rigging is included w/ design option.)

FAQ
What format does my 2D Character need to be in for animation?
Ideally your character will be rigged in an After Effects file, ready to go for animation. If you are needing the character designed and rigged, please select that option when requesting the gig. Not all characters need rigs, so message to discuss!
Do you animated and rig complex characters, such as animals and monsters, or only bipeds?
My focus is on biped characters, animals, machines, and liquids. For hyper complex characters, we can iron out the details as needed.
What version of After Effects will my delivered file be comptible with?
Your .aep file will be compatible with the latest version of After Effects CC.
What content do you not work on?
Gigs for profane, sexually explicit, politically controversial, or ultra-violent characters will be refused.
My scene has multiple cuts, characters, or camera angles, what can you do?
This gig simply includes the duration of the animation of a single character. Use this gig for a single character from a single rig / angle. If you have multiple characters in the scene, purchase this gig separately for each character.
