What is your workflow method?
You share your raw manuscript and any sample style (or leave the design to my expertise). I format and design the first few pages for review, make any changes you request, and once you approve the sample, I complete the entire manuscript in the same style. This Prevents confusion and cancellations.
What is the difference between a reflowable Kindle eBook and a fixed-layout eBook?
A reflowable eBook is simple text that adjusts to any screen and includes a clickable TOC. A fixed-layout eBook keeps your exact PDF design and usually has no clickable TOC.
What do you need from the client to start?
I require your final DOCX/Word file (not PDF), and any sample or reference if you prefer a specific style or layout.
Do you format both print and eBook versions?
Yes. I format: Print PDFs with full design Reflowable eBooks with simple formatting and a clickable TOC
What files will you deliver for KDP print?
You will receive a fully formatted, print-ready PDF with correct margins, trim size, typography, spacing, and layout.
What tools do you use?
Canva, Adobe InDesign along with MS Word.
Can you format books with images, tables, poetry, or complex layouts?
Yes. I handle novels, self-help, business books, poetry, children’s books, workbooks, journals, and textbooks. Complex formatting is also supported.
Will my book be accepted by Amazon KDP?
Yes. All files are created following KDP publishing standards (print margins, bleed, EPUB validation, etc.). If KDP requests adjustments, I revise for free.
How long does formatting take?
Most projects take 24–72 hours, depending on length and complexity.
Can you match a design sample I provide?
