I will do Matterport scan to create an Xactimate sketch, as well as write an Xactimate estimation report. Additionally, I have provided the ESX/PDF file on time.

Primarily, I can assist you in creating estimates for storm or hurricane damage, mold damage, roof damage, and fire & smoke damage using Matterport scans.

I have two years of experience in accurately estimating for contractors, subcontractors, and clients.

The working process with me is very simple:

1. Provide me with the Matterport scan.
2. Specify the type of damage (Fire, Water, Mold, Renovation, Rebuild, etc.).
3. Provide the insured name.
4. Share the property's zip code and address (this is important for accurately determining local material costs and material taxes).
5. Optionally, include damage photos, videos, audio, or written descriptions.
