Which Omnisend flows can you set up?
Depending on your package, I can set up Welcome, Browse Abandonment, Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Checkout and Post-Purchase flows. Winback, Sunset and other workflows require a custom offer.
Do you provide email copy and design?
Yes. Packages include basic ecommerce copy and branded responsive email setup. Advanced conversion copywriting, custom illustrations or complex graphic design may require a custom offer.
Is a signup popup included?
A basic branded signup popup is included in the Standard and Premium packages. It is available as a Gig Extra for the Basic package.
What do you need to start the order?
I need your Shopify store URL, brand assets, product details, offer information, required flows and secure collaborator access to Omnisend and Shopify where necessary.
Will you activate the automations?
I first build and test the workflows in Draft mode. They will only be activated after you review the setup and provide written approval.
Can you work with an existing Omnisend account?
Yes. I can review your existing account, integration and current workflows before setting up the package deliverables.
What is included in a revision?
A revision covers reasonable changes to the included copy, layout or automation settings. A new flow, extra email or completely new design direction is not included.
Do you guarantee sales or revenue?
No. I provide professional automation setup, design, copy and testing, but sales and revenue depend on your products, traffic, audience, offer and store performance.
