What if I don't have access to a gym?
My plan was made to be built around your specific needs. Whether you have a full gym with all the essentials or some old milk cartons you occasionally do bicep curls with, I will ensure you receive the benefits of strength training just as much as any other person.
I've only ever done cardio at the gym; how will I follow my plan if I've never done this before?
I hear this a lot; as women, we've been fed lies our whole lives that we'll look manly or damage our joints if we lift weights. I am here to tell you that it's all bull. Lifting weights for the first time can be scary, but I make my plans as specific as possible to ensure full comprehension.
I want to try out the plan but I can't afford it; what do I do?

Do you offer routines in languages besides English?
Yes! My first language is English but I can customize the plan in another language if needed. It may be pretty far from a native tongue, but I will do my best to meet your needs.
