I set up automatic appointment reminders for salons, clinics, consultants, coaches, tutors and any business that runs on bookings.

  • Clients confirm, reschedule or cancel by replying
  • Anyone who doesn't reply is flagged for you
  • Friendly message templates written for you
  • Tested with sample bookings before delivery

Works with Google Calendar, Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, Google Sheets, Gmail, Outlook, Twilio and the WhatsApp Business API, connected with n8n, Make or Zapier.
