I will set up spf, dkim and dmarc records for better email deliverability
Automation engineer: booking, reminder and AI workflows for small businesses
About this Gig
Are your emails landing in spam, or getting rejected by Gmail and Yahoo? Without SPF, DKIM and DMARC, mailbox providers can't tell that your emails are really from you.
I'll set up all three records correctly for your domain and test them with a real email before I deliver.
What you get
- SPF: tells inboxes which services may send email for your domain
- DKIM: a digital signature that proves your emails weren't changed
- DMARC: tells inboxes what to do with fake emails that use your name
- A test email showing spf=pass, dkim=pass and dmarc=pass
Works with
Most DNS hosts (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hostinger and others) and email providers (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho and others).
How it works
- You tell me your domain and which services send email for you.
- I prepare the exact records and add them, or give you step-by-step instructions to add them yourself.
- I send a test email and share the results.
Please note: these records are the foundation of good deliverability, but no one can guarantee inbox placement. Your content, sending volume and list quality matter too.

FAQ
Will this stop my emails going to spam?
It removes one of the most common reasons emails get flagged. Inbox placement also depends on your content, sending volume and list quality, so no one can honestly guarantee it.
Do you need my passwords?
No. The safest way is to add me as a team member or delegated user on your DNS host, which most providers support. Or I send you the exact records with step-by-step instructions and you add them yourself.
Will this break my current email?
No. I check your existing records first and keep every service that already sends email for you working. DMARC starts in monitoring mode, so no legitimate email gets blocked.
How long until it works?
Usually within a few hours. Some DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to update everywhere.
I use several tools that send email (newsletter, CRM, website forms). Is that a problem?
Not at all. Tell me which ones you use, and I'll include all of them in your SPF and DKIM setup. That's what the Premium package is for.
