Unit size:

• Small: up to 60 m² / 650 sq ft
• Medium: up to 120 m² / 1,300 sq ft
• Large: 120+ m² / 1,300+ sq ft and above

Complexity:

Simple: Regular layouts

Complex: Irregular geometry, split levels, custom built-ins or forms
