Which platforms can you migrate from?
Any source — Magento, WooCommerce, DanDomain, PrestaShop, Shopify-to-Shopify, or a custom/legacy database. If you can give me export or admin access, I can move it. Not sure about yours? Message me and I'll confirm.
What exactly do you migrate?
Products, variants, inventory and images; collections and catalog structure; customers, accounts and consent; full order history with refunds and fulfilments; 301 redirects and SEO URLs; blogs, pages and content. Scope depends on your package.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
No. I preserve your URL structure and set up 301 redirects so search engines and existing links follow you to Shopify. Protecting your rankings through the move is a core part of the Store and Full packages.
Do you move my full order history and customers?
Yes — on the Full package I migrate complete order history, refunds and fulfilments, plus customers, accounts and consent. The Store package includes customers; order history is part of Full + Go-live.
Will my data be accurate? How do I know nothing's missing?
I reconcile record-for-record before go-live, not just a row count. 100+ stores moved, 120M+ records, 99.9% verified accuracy. The Full package includes a validation report so you can see exactly what moved.
What about products that didn't sync or got duplicated?
That's the failure mode I exist to prevent. I reconcile every record and resolve mismatches, duplicates and gaps before launch — instead of an app dumping a CSV and leaving you to find the problems.
Do you also build my theme, design or apps?
No — you keep full control of theme, apps and design. I own the data layer: moving and reconciling your records cleanly into Shopify so your launch isn't ruined by what's underneath.
Will my live store have downtime?
No downtime on your old store during the move. I run a fresh data sync at go-live (Full package) so any orders and changes made during the project are captured — nothing is left behind when you switch over.
Is my data handled securely? Can we sign an NDA?
Yes. I'm GDPR-aware and NDA-ready — happy to sign before we start. One senior specialist handles your data start to finish; it's never outsourced or passed to a team.
