Is your animal anxious, fearful, unsettled or displaying changes in behaviour?
I am currently training in Animal Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) with the wonderful Marie Holliday and am working towards completing my practical case studies.
As part of my training, I offer affordable remote Animal EFT sessions for £5, £10, or £15.
What is Animal EFT?
Animal EFT is a gentle, non-invasive complementary approach that uses tapping on acupressure points to support emotional wellbeing.
I work remotely using a photograph of your animal, so they can remain relaxed in their own surroundings.

What is Animal EFT?
Animal Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a gentle, complementary approach that involves tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on emotional concerns. It is intended to support emotional wellbeing, although scientific evidence for its effectiveness in animals is currently limited.
How can you work with my animal remotely?
I use a technique known as surrogate tapping. With your permission, I work with a photograph of your animal and tap on myself while focusing on the emotional concern you have described. Your animal does not need to be present during the session.
What issues can Animal EFT help with?
Owners often explore Animal EFT for concerns such as anxiety, fear, nervousness, changes in behaviour, separation-related distress or emotional responses to past experiences. Results vary, and EFT should not replace veterinary assessment or behavioural treatment.
Why are your prices so affordable?
I am currently training in Animal EFT with Marie Holliday and completing my practical case studies. I am offering these introductory prices while gaining experience. In return, I would appreciate your honest feedback about your animal's experience.
What do you need from me before a session?
I will ask for your animal's name, age, a recent photograph and a little information about their personality and emotional concerns. I would also love to know what you hope to explore through EFT.
Does my animal need to do anything during the session?
Not at all! Your animal can continue enjoying their usual activities. There is no need to restrain, touch or interrupt them, as all my sessions are currently conducted remotely.
Will you provide feedback after the session?
Yes! Depending on your chosen package, I will provide a brief summary or a more detailed written report explaining the focus of our sessions. I would also love to hear about any changes you observe afterwards.
Will my animal's information be used in your case studies?
As part of my training, I am collecting case studies to develop my experience. I would be grateful for your participation, but I will always request your permission before using any information. Your details can remain anonymous.
Can Animal EFT replace veterinary treatment?
EFT cannot replace veterinary treatment, particularly when an animal shows new, persistent, or worsening symptoms.
