I will create clinical diagnosis and treatment algorithms and plans

I will create a diagnosis and treatment algorithm to support clinical providers offering remote consultations with evidence-based decision making based on the signs and symptoms of the patients. The algorithm will be based on the provisions in the most recent updates of clinical guidelines for the diagnosis of interest. It will include prompts of questions that clinicians will pose to patients remotely to obtain the data required to determine the specific diagnosis of the patient. The most appropriate intervention will be recommended based on treatment guidelines and evidence in peer-reviewed publications. A care plan for the patient comprising action steps, follow-up instructions, indicators of the need to seek immediate in-person care, necessity of a return visit, expected outcomes, and prevention guidance will be provided.
