Do you recruit participates for the interviews?
For each package, you provide participants or cover recruiting and incentive costs separately. I can help to manage these for you for an additional fee, depending on your audience members.
How long does the project take?
I will conduct a minimum of 5 interviews, plus preparation and data analysis. Depending on your goals and participant availability, projects can be completed in as few as 5 business days and may take up to 4 business weeks.
How many interviews are included?
All packages include a minimum of 5 remote user interviews (45 minutes each). You can purchase additional interviews as an add-on.
What platforms do you use for interviews?
Google Meet is standard, but I can use Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or your preferred platform.
What deliverables will I receive?
Depending on the package: Research plan + discussion guide Raw recordings (and transcripts if provided or purchased) Insight summary or full report Personas or journey flows (project-dependent) Strategic recommendations
Do you work with SaaS or eCommerce products?
Yes! My background includes extensive research for B2B SaaS and eCommerce companies, plus large-scale CX and service design work.
Can you run usability testing instead of interviews?
Yes! If your product is testable, I can replace interviews with usability sessions or create a mixed-methods approach.
