How does the process starts?
The process starts after our contract discussion. You'll need to add me as a user to your software. This involves logging in, navigating to settings, selecting "Manage users," adding a user(Admin/Accountant role), and sending the request to my email.
What documents are required to begin with the bookkeeping process?
Bank statements, invoices, bills, business information, and any previous accounting records are necessary to start the bookkeeping work.
Is my information secured?
Yes, 100%. I maintain data security and your precious information remain confidential. It is a professional accountant duty to maintain security.
Does this monthly bookkeeping includes everything needed to make the books up to date?
Yes, it does.
I want you to Upload Bank Statements Manually & Reconcile.
I will need your Bank Statement. CSV format will be best. If not please send me your Bank statement downloaded from Bank. Please try to avoid sending Scanned copies, It makes the work harder.
