About this Gig

Your business email should not be a Gmail address. Customers notice, and payment processors and marketplaces trust a domain address more.

I will set up email on the domain you already own you@yourcompany.com using Zoho Mail (free for up to 5 users) or Google Workspace.

WHAT YOU GET

Working mailboxes on your own domain

MX records so your mail arrives

SPF and DKIM so your mail passes authentication instead of landing in spam

A written summary of exactly what I changed

WHY IT MATTERS

Anyone can create a mailbox. Far fewer configure SPF and DKIM properly, which is why so much business email quietly disappears into spam. Gmail and Outlook both tightened their rules without these records your mail is filtered before anyone reads it. I test everything before delivery.

WHAT I NEED FROM YOU

Access to your domain's DNS settings, and the addresses you want created. Nothing else. I never ask for your email password.

Not sure whether you need Zoho or Google Workspace? Message me first. Zoho's free plan covers most small businesses, and I will tell you honestly if that is enough for you.
