Hi, I'm Hector. I build and fix AI agent systems: n8n, OpenClaw, Hermes Agent, MCP, and Claude Code, deployed on a VPS with Docker. Do I need to already know Obsidian?
Yes, I can build this from scratch even if you have never used Obsidian before. I include a full training walkthrough covering daily use, navigation, and how to add new notes. If you already have a vault, I can also restructure and upgrade what exists instead of tearing it fully down.
Will I own everything after delivery?
Yes, you keep full ownership of every account, API key, and credential used in your system. Nothing is locked to my access after delivery. I document everything clearly so you or any future developer can maintain, expand, or transfer the setup without needing me involved again at all.
Can you migrate my existing notes/vault?
Yes, migrating your existing notes, vault, or scattered documents is included in the Full Build and Enterprise packages. I map your current structure first, then rebuild it inside the new system so nothing gets lost or duplicated during the transition process, handled start to finish.
Do I need a Mac Mini or VPS?
This runs on a VPS, Mac Mini, or your existing computer, depending on your setup and how you want to access it, such as through WhatsApp or voice. I will assess your current hardware first and recommend the simplest option that fits your budget and needs going forward with your setup.
What if my project exceeds the Enterprise package?
If your project grows beyond Enterprise scope, such as multi user teams or custom integrations, we scope that separately as an add on. This keeps your original package accurate and avoids surprise charges while letting your system expand over time naturally as your business grows too.
Is ongoing support included?
Yes, every package includes a recorded training walkthrough so you can self-manage the system after handover. For ongoing changes beyond the original scope, I offer optional maintenance, though most clients find the documentation alone is enough for your regular use once it is set up.
