How do I send my video to you?
After ordering, you can directly upload your video file to the Fiverr order page via the file attachment feature. For the best results, please provide the original highest-quality file you have, avoid heavily compressed versions.
Can you fix severely damaged/blurry/flickering videos?
Yes! I use advanced AI restoration technology to repair even heavily damaged videos, including severe grain, flicker, blurriness, shaking, artifacts, and tape degradation. I will always inform you upfront if there are any limitations with your specific footage.
What file formats will I receive?
The Basic package includes a universal high-quality MP4 file. The Standard package includes MP4 + MOV files. The Premium package includes MP4 + MOV + editable ProRes source files, all compatible with any player, editing software, and social media platforms.
Can you colorize my black and white video?
Yes! The Premium package includes professional black and white video colorization, with natural, era-accurate tones that match the time period and context of your footage, no oversaturated or unrealistic colors. You can also add colorization as a Gig Extra for Basic and Standard packages.
Do I own the commercial rights to the restored video?
The Premium package includes full commercial use rights for the final restored video. For the Basic and Standard packages, personal use is included, and you can add a commercial use license via the Gig Extra for an additional fee.
How long does the restoration take?
Standard delivery times are 2 days for Basic, 3 days for Standard, and 5 days for Premium. If you need your video faster, you can select the 24-hour/48-hour urgent delivery extra when placing your order.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
Your satisfaction is my top priority. I offer free revisions for all packages, and I will work with you to adjust the restoration until you are completely happy with the final video.
