I’ve had a disappointing experience working with Rizal. Despite providing a clear brief and being encouraging, supportive, and open to communication, there was virtually no response from his side. Revisions took an unreasonably long time, which made me feel he wasn’t serious about the project. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the order as a result.

The seller was polite and responsive, but the overall experience was poor. The first delivery was an unrelated logo, and even after providing brand files, colors, fonts, and clear instructions, many of the revisions ignored key details.
