What information do you need from me to get started?
I'll need your text or wording, logo, font, brand guidelines if you have them and any images you would like included. If you have examples of design you like, feel free to share those too! The more information you provide, the easier it is for me to create a design that is right first time.
What types of graphics can you design?
I can create promotional social media posts, website graphics, product promotions and special offer announcements and more. If you have a different type of design in mind, please message me before ordering so I can let you know if it's something I can help with.
Can you match my existing branding?
Absolutely, I know how important this is! Please provide your logo, brand guidelines if you have them or colours, fonts and any existing designs you'd like me to use as a reference. I'll aim to create graphics that complement your existing brand identity.
What if I need changes to my design?
I've included a set number of revisions as part of my packages and also an option to pay for further revisions. But hopefully we would of nailed it first time! Revisions cover adjustments to the agreed design. Requests for a completely different concept may require an additional order.
