Do you use machine translation or AI tools?
No. Every translation is done by me, a native-level English/Japanese/Korean speaker with medical training, with a manual terminology consistency check. This isn't AI-assisted or raw Machine output — it's meant for documents where accuracy actually matters.
What if my document is longer than 3,000 words?
You can add extra words by messaging me (same $0.15/word rate) for documents up to 6,000 words total. For anything beyond 6,000 words — theses, full reports, book-length work — message me with the document first and I'll send a custom quote.
How is pricing calculated?
All packages use the same consistent rate: $0.15/word. Basic, Standard, and Premium just reflect different word-count caps, not different per-word pricing — so a longer document isn't penalized with a worse rate.
What's included in revisions?
Revisions cover wording adjustments, terminology corrections, and minor edits to the document as originally submitted. They don't cover new content added after the brief or a change in scope — those need a new order or custom offer.
Can you preserve formatting (tables, headers, layout)?
Yes, all tiers include formatting preservation. For heavily designed documents (multi-column layouts, embedded images with text), mention this when you order so I can quote accordingly.
Do you handle certified/notarized translation?
Not certified/notarized in the legal sense — I don't hold a certification to notarize documents. If you need a professional, accurate translation for submission, research, or clinical use (not requiring official certification), I'm a strong fit. Let me know your specific requirement before ordering
