What I offer: Home Assistant setup from scratch or fixes to existing installs, custom Lovelace dashboards, automations, Zigbee and ESPHome integration, and cleanup of messy configurations with clear documentation.
How I work: Depending on your comfort level, I can work directly in your instance (temporary remote access via Nabu Casa, Tailscale, etc.) or send you ready-to-install YAML files with clear instructions.
All communication is async and text-based no calls, no video. You'll get clear explanations and config files for everything, so you understand your own system.

Not necessarily! I offer two ways to work: (1) You send me your current YAML/config files, I edit them, and send back ready-to-use files for you to install yourself — no access needed. What information do you need from me to get started?
A brief description of your issue or goal, your Home Assistant version, and how you access your instance (local network, Nabu Casa, VPN, etc.). I may ask follow-up questions in the order requirements.
Can you help even if my current setup is a mess?
Absolutely — that's actually one of my specialties. I'll assess what you have, clean it up, and document everything clearly so you understand your own system going forward.
Do you offer video calls?
No, all my work is done asynchronously in writing — detailed messages, screenshots, and config files. This keeps communication clear and gives you a permanent record of everything we do.
I'm comfortable editing YAML myself — can you just send me the code?
Yes! If you're comfortable installing YAML/config snippets yourself, I can deliver ready-to-paste code with clear instructions on where each piece goes. This is often the fastest option and works great if you just want the automation logic or dashboard config without giving remote access.
