FAQ
Can you make any bad recording clear?
No. Cleanup brings out sound that was captured. If the voice was never recorded clearly, I can’t invent it. I tell you what improved and what didn’t.
Can you hear what was said in the background?
Often, when the voice is present but buried under noise. Very quiet or heavily distorted speech may only be partly clear. I’ll tell you which parts are certain.
What file should I send?
The original recording, not a WhatsApp or screen-recorded copy. Every re-share loses quality, so the original gives better results.
Can you tell if a recording was edited?
I check for cuts, noise changes and file data that don’t fit. I report what I find. These are indicators, not absolute proof.
Can you identify who is speaking?
I can compare voices when you give me a clear sample of the person. The result is a finding, not a confirmed identity.
Will you change my original file?
No. I work on a copy and send the result.
Which file types do you take?
Most audio and video files, including MP3, WAV, M4A and MP4. For video, I work on the audio track.
How do I choose a package?
Basic is for one short file. Standard is for a few files that also need background voice detection or a short report. Premium is for several files, voice identification or a full report.
Is my recording kept private?
Yes. I use your files only for your order and don’t share them. Please send only recordings you are legally allowed to share.
