Henry expanded my Substack subscribers exponentially. Technologically proficient, which was extraordinarily valuable to a Luddite like me. Can't recommend him enough.
About this gig
Your Substack should look finished on day one and be set up to grow.
Most publications I review have the same problems: the default theme, a thin About page, no welcome email, no plan for a paid tier, and Notes left unused. Visitors land, see nothing that makes them subscribe, and leave.
I fix that. I build and rebuild Substack publications for writers, coaches, founders, and newsletter businesses.
WHAT YOU GET
- Publication setup, or a cleanup of the one you have
- Branded theme, logo, wordmark, and email header
- Homepage, About, and Welcome pages written to turn visitors into subscribers
- Sections, tags, and navigation
- Automated welcome email
- Custom domain and paid subscriptions through Stripe
- Subscriber import from Beehiiv, Kit, Mailchimp, Ghost, or Medium
- Recommendations, referrals, and a Notes posting plan
- A Loom walkthrough so you can run it yourself
HOW IT WORKS
You send your topic, goal, and brand files
I send a build plan within 1-2 hours
I build, you review, I revise
Not sure which package fits? Send me your Substack link and Ill tell you the first 3 things I'd fix, free.

The newsletters people can't stop reading, the ones with 50%+ open rates, growing waitlists, and profitable paid tiers, aren't written differently than yours.
They're built differently.
Behind every high-performing newsletter on Beehiiv, Kit, and Substack is a system. Most creators never see it because they're focused on creating content.
I focus on what happens underneath: the setup, automation, deliverability, and growth systems that ensure your content actually land.
If your newsletter isn't growing or converting the way it should, send me a message and let's build it the right way.

FAQ
I already started my Substack. Can you fix it?
Yes. Most clients come to me with a half-built publication. I audit it, fix what’s broken, and finish the rest.
Will I lose subscribers if I migrate?
No. I import and verify your list, then send a test so you can confirm every subscriber transferred.
Can you grow my subscriber count?
I set up the features that drive growth on Substack: recommendations, referrals, Notes, and a welcome page built to convert. I won’t promise a number, because growth also depends on your writing and posting frequency.
Do you offer monthly management?
Yes. I format, schedule, and publish your posts and run your Notes. Message me for a monthly quote.
What do you need from me?
Your topic, your goal, and your logo and colors if you have them. If you don’t, I’ll create a simple brand to start.
Can you migrate my newsletter from Beehiiv, Kit or Mailchimp?
Yes. I can migrate your content, subscribers, branding and publication structure into Substack.
Can you publish my newsletters every week?
Absolutely. I provide ongoing newsletter publishing and publication management.
Do you format articles too?
Yes. I'll professionally format your articles for readability, mobile responsiveness and subscriber engagement.
Can you optimize my existing Substack?
Yes. I'll review your publication and improve branding, structure, navigation, subscriber experience and overall presentation.
